If you reblog this rebutting about how important it is not to spoil things you’re just proving my point

There is nothing more childish than people who get their pants all fucked up over spoilers. Enjoy the ride guys! ‘Snape dies’ means nothing if you haven’t experienced the rest! What about script, production design, acting, music, cinematography? If you care that much about the broad strokes, take a little more time to experience the actual film/show. If somebody tells you Tyrion cuts his face, I think you’re probably already adult enough to know it’s not the be-all end-all of Game of Thrones, and that they haven’t destroyed the season finale for you.

Obviously not having the entire story revealed to you is important. The huge season changes and plot twists can be some of the best things about a film or show. But seriously dudes, getting your mammaries in a flap about tiny things, especially when they’re not intentionally put there to ‘spoil’, is just massively immature. If somebody tells you about the second half of Fight Club though, that’s a different story.
