Descent Into MadnessAcrylic ink on paper, mounted to wood panel and resined. 13.25″ x 14.25″ (2012)
This is my contribution for Crazy 4 Cult: New York!
Yes, it’s that time again, to get Crazy 4 Cult, the annual cultural art phenomenon put on by Gallery 1988 that celebrates cult movies, interpreted through the eyes of a bunch of awesome artists. This year is extra special, as the show will debut as a pop-up gallery in New York City, and it opens tomorrow night! I am proud to be a part of this amazing show, and couldn’t help but tackle Stanley Kubrick’s The Shining for my contribution, Descent Into Madness.
More details can be found in the blog post here.
